OUR MISSION
is to support and promote awareness of women’s and children’s issues in Russia, independent former Soviet Republics and Russian speaking immigrants in the United States.

OUR PURPOSE
is to support and encourage mental health delivery to women and children in Russia and the former Soviet Republics. The women of this vast area are often destitute and alone and unaware of mental health care.

OUR OBJECTIVE
is to create permanent and readily available mental health care and support to the women and families and the children who are often caught in the middle, in Russia, former Soviet Republics and in the United States.

WE WORK TOWARD OUR GOALS
through the INTEGRATION of counseling and educational agencies in Russia and independent former Soviet Republics, with an affiliate agency in the United States to provide support and management assistance and professional skills. We also promote awareness of these issues among American mental health specialists to provide a higher level of care to the Russian-speaking immigrant population.
